Employer/Employee Mediation Service
For those cases that only require an impartial mediation in order to resolve the issue, we can offer a mediation service for both employer and employee. Based on the current Labor Code, our expert mediators can help with mediation and conciliation of an outstanding issue between employer and employee, with a view to reaching a mutually agreeable conclusion without the need for involving the NLRC.
This service is available dependent on the agreement of both parties to independent, impartial arbitration. An Arbitration Agreement is required from both parties prior to any meditation commencing, and a Conciliation Agreement will be completed and signed by both parties once an agreement is reached.
